Terms of Use – Gluvy

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TATLIDEV LTD (“we”, “us”), the developer of Gluvy, a face yoga, gua sha and skincare app for iPhone. By downloading or using Gluvy, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Gluvy offers follow-along face yoga videos, gua sha courses, skincare lessons, guided breathing and relaxation sessions, a daily journal and plans that help you build a routine. Pro subscribers can also request an AI face analysis that suggests areas to focus on. Content and features may change over time as we improve the app.

Wellness content, not medical advice

Gluvy is for general wellness, self-care and education. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The AI face analysis gives routine suggestions; it is not a medical or dermatological assessment.

Results differ from person to person, and we do not promise any particular result.
Talk to a doctor or dermatologist before starting if you have a medical or skin condition, recent facial surgery, injections or injuries, jaw (TMJ) problems, or if you are pregnant.
Stop any exercise or massage that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort. Use gentle pressure with gua sha, and avoid broken, irritated or sunburned skin.
Check product ingredients for allergies before following a skincare lesson.

You use the exercises, massage techniques and suggestions at your own risk and within your own physical limits.

Your age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Gluvy. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Gluvy only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Gluvy Pro subscriptions

Some content and features require a Gluvy Pro subscription. We currently offer a weekly plan and a yearly plan. The price, billing period and any introductory offer are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

Payment: your Apple ID account is charged when you confirm the purchase.
Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (on iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Free trials and offers: if an introductory offer or free trial is available, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
Price changes: if the price changes, Apple will inform you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.
Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Restore purchases: you can restore an active subscription on another device signed in with the same Apple ID using “Restore” in the app.

AI face analysis

If you request an AI face analysis, you confirm that the photo is of you, or that you have permission from the person in it, and that it is not of a child. Each account receives one analysis. How the photo is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, download outside the app’s own offline feature, share, resell or publicly show Gluvy’s videos, images, lessons or other content;
reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the app, our servers or the API at api.gluvy.app, or try to get around subscription checks or usage limits;
upload photos of other people without their permission, or photos that are illegal, harmful or offensive;
use Gluvy for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaks Apple’s App Store rules.

We may suspend access to features if you break these rules.

Our content and licence

Gluvy, its videos, images, texts, design and the name “Gluvy” belong to TATLIDEV LTD or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as described in the Standard EULA.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Gluvy available and useful, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features and content. We may update these Terms; when we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new date, and continuing to use Gluvy means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gluvy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TATLIDEV LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injury, irritation or allergic reactions arising from how you use the exercises, massage techniques or skincare suggestions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Apple

These Terms are between you and TATLIDEV LTD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Gluvy or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple’s Standard EULA is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where TATLIDEV LTD is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
