Face yoga app
Gluvy turns face yoga into short guided videos: 200+ exercises for the forehead, eyes, cheeks, lips, jaw and neck, organised into 3-week plans that take 5–10 minutes a day.
Free to download for iPhone. Gluvy Pro unlocks every course.

Face yoga instructions are hard to follow from text or photos: how wide to open, where to press, how long to hold. In Gluvy every step is a short video you copy in real time, with the step name, a tip and a countdown on screen.
Each session is a sequence of short steps, usually 30 to 45 seconds each. The next one starts when the timer ends, so you never lose your place.
Each exercise has a one-line cue, such as keeping the forehead relaxed or how much pressure to use, so you do it properly.
Energising routines for the morning and slower, relaxing ones for the evening, suggested by time of day.
Pick the area you want to focus on and Gluvy builds a day-by-day plan. There are 8 plans: forehead, eyes and brows, nose, lips, cheeks, chin and jaw, neck, and full face.

Gentle moves around the eye contour and temples, such as the Temple Lift and Under-Eye Slide.

Mouth shapes and cheek work such as the O-Shape Pump and Fish Lip Pucker.

Posture-led moves such as the Sky Smile and Jawline Press & Pull. More on the jawline exercises page.

A plan removes the daily decision. Open the app, see today's session and how long it takes, and press start.
Face yoga is a gentle wellness routine. The research is early: a small 2018 pilot study in JAMA Dermatology found fuller-looking cheeks in 16 women who completed 20 weeks of daily facial exercises, without a control group (Alam et al., 2018). That's interesting, but it's not proof that face yoga changes everyone's face.
We built Gluvy for people who enjoy the routine itself and want to do the moves correctly. If you're new, start with our 5-minute face yoga routine for beginners.
Yes. Every face yoga exercise in Gluvy is a short follow-along video with a countdown timer, so you copy the movement instead of reading instructions. The library has 200+ guided video exercises.
Most sessions take 5–10 minutes. Each one shows its length before you start, so you can fit it into a morning or evening routine.
Forehead, eyes and brows, nose, lips, cheeks, chin and jaw, and neck, plus a full-face plan that combines them.
We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. Research on face yoga is limited to small studies. Gluvy is a relaxing, guided habit; read our beginner's guide for what the evidence says.
Course videos can be downloaded inside the app, so you can follow them without a connection.
Download Gluvy, choose a focus area and press start. Your first session takes a few minutes.
